Thanks to the composition of effective, modern organic filters, it protects the skin against the harmful effects of UVA, UVB, IR and blue light. Buddleja Officinalis flower extract strengthens this protection, and additionally counteracts free radicals and prevents photoaging of the skin. Chia oil perfectly nourishes and cares for the skin. It has strong soothing, and protective properties, while slowing down the aging processes occurring in the skin. Moisturizing active ingredients including PCA salts, panthenol and allantoin effectively restore comfort to skin exposed to irritating factors, such as UV radiation.
Lightweight, no-white-cast formula allows for easy and pleasant application. Gives the skin softness and smoothness, perfect as a make-up primer.
How to use: apply the serum evenly on the skin 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 2-3 hours and when the product has been wiped off (e.g. with a towel). You can use it over your favorite serum or cream and as a make-up primer.

Can I apply make-up over the SunFlow serum?
Yes, the serum has a lightweight formula, is quickly absorbed and leaves a satin finish, so it can be successfully used under makeup.
Does the SunFlow serum leave a white cast or change skin tone?
The serum contains a slight admixture of dye - thanks to this, it does not leave a white cast, but effectively evens out skin tone. The effect is delicate and makes it an excellent make-up primer.
What filters does the SunFlow serum contain?
The SunFlow serum contains new generation organic filters and mineral filters that provide effective and multi-level protection against harmful radiation.
When should I use SPF30 and when SPF50?
We recommend using the SPF 30 serum on a daily basis, when there is slightly less sunlight - in autumn, winter and early spring. SPF 50 serum should be used every day in the summer, and in other seasons with prolonged sun exposure (e.g. longer walks, a day on the ski slope). In addition, it should be used by people after dermocosmetic treatments (e.g. acid peels, microdermabrasion), with sensitive skin, acne, capillaries and pregnant women (hormonal changes can cause skin discoloration).
How much SunFlow serum should I apply in one go?
The recommended amount of the SPF product when applied to the face to ensure full protection is approx. 1.2-1.5 ml. Depending on the SPF level, the product should be reapplied every 2-3 hours on average. Depending on the activities performed, the degree of exposure to solar radiation (whether we spend the whole day in an intensely sunny place or indoors), or even physical activity (exercise, swimming in the sea), it may be necessary to reapply more often.
What is the difference between the serum and the cream with SPF?
The difference lies primarily in the formula - the serum is lighter, while the cream is richer. Our SunFlow serum is an all-in-one product that combines UV protection and advanced skincare. The serum contains a moisturizing and antioxidant complex that soothes the skin while slowing down the aging process, which means that the salt used will provide the skin with proper nourishment. It is worth noting that the creams and serums used on the face are intended for it - body creams may be too rich and nourishing for the skin on your face.
Can I use the SunFlow serum every day?
Yes, the serum is perfect for everyday use. We even recommend using it several times a day, especially when the serum is rinsed off or wiped off the skin.
Are the filters safe for the skin and the environment?
Yes - organic and mineral filters contained in the serum meet strict safety standards - both in terms of safety of use on the skin and in terms of environmental hazards. All of them have been approved for use in natural cosmetics and, when used in accordance with the recommendations, do not pose a threat. SPF cosmetics by Phlov can be safely used every day, also when resting by the water - they are safe for coral reefs and aquatic organisms.
At what stage of skin care routine should I use the SPF Serum?
We always apply all products with SPF as the last step of skin care. Apply the SPF serum on cleansed skin, after it is absorbed you can apply make-up. If we need additional hydration, we can apply a tonic, oil, elixir or favorite cream before the SPF Serum.
Can it be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Absolutely - there are no contraindications to the use of SPF30 and SPF50 serums during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Due to the increased sensitivity of the skin and hormonal changes that can cause skin discoloration, we recommend using the SunFlow SPF50 Serum throughout this period.
Can the SunFlow serum be used with retinoid therapy and skin care or after acid treatments?
Yes - it is even necessary to use high sun protection, in this case SunFlow SPF50 serum, with retinoid therapy, after acid treatments, or when using cosmetics containing acids, for example our Hyaluronic Smoothing Elixir or Overnight Beauty Trick Micro-Exfoliating Night Essence.
